Spring Fling Sale

Join us Thursday through Saturday, March 31- April 2 for our annual Spring Fling. All bolted fabric will be 20% off, and we have new patterns, new displays, and lots of new quilting ideas. It is a great time to purchase fabrics for quilt tops, backs, bags, and other fabric projects.

Yesterday, during our Saturday Sampler classes, those who desired showed their finished quilts from last year. As usual, our ladies made WONDERFUL quilts! They are now hanging at the store where you can see them. We will soon be sharing photos of them here on our blog. See you soon!

Arf! Arf!

This is the cutest quilt . . .made from a panel, a few borders and some minkee. We are on our second round of fabric. Just makes you smile to look at it. Come on in and check it out, don't know how long it will last! You will also want to see all the great new colors of minkee. . . WOW!

New Projects

We have some great new fabrics and new quilts. These photos show the quilts for a couple of classes we have scheduled. Come on in and sign up for some fun. Don't you just love a dynamic looking design that is simple to sew? These both fit into that category.

February Saturday Sampler

Happy Valentine's Day! Hope you are planning something fun for the one or many that you love.

We want to thank all our lovely ladies who joined us for Saturday Sampler. It is one of the best days of each month. As you can see, we added the hearts and flowers to the applique block.

Baby Quilts

If you are in need of a baby quilt. . . we have the cutest! You will love the selection of flannels, and minkees, not to mention many different darling patterns. The teddy bear quilt is soft and warm, the bears are appliqued in minkee. Easy to do. . . we use fusible web.

And these friendly animals will bring a smile to any baby. We started with a panel, added a little fabric, minkee on the back, creating a soft and cuddly cover. We are happy to share lots of ideas. . . come on in!

Western Art

If you are needing a little inside project on these wintery days........how about a little western art. These are small wall hangings, and so dramatic using silhouettes. The technique is simple iron-on applique and a great way to try your hand at machine quilting. Choose from several different designs. In the meantime.........stay warm. Maybe the wind will wear out the snow!
