Good morning!  Hasn't the weather been just beautiful and fun?  For the next couple of months, it might be a little harder to get your blocks done for Saturday Sampler but just try to focus for about 30 minutes and you will get  a huge amount done!  Can't you just see the blocks coming together and envision what a beautiful quilt it will be in December?  I just can't wait to see all of your gorgeous creations!

Although it isn't hunting season yet, we might as well enjoy these nice sized deer!

We just love these Tutto Sewing Cases.  They have pockets for all of your notions and your sewing machine is completely secure.  When collapsed you are looking at about 4" - 5" wide.  Perfect for storing in tight spaces.

We have 2 quilts using the pattern "Just for Laps"

This wallhanging is so adorable!  

We used the pattern by Kimberbell and then to make the flowers we used the "Blooms" templates from Lori Holt.  Kits are available.

Ten Sisters Trunk Show

 We will be having Carmen Geddes with "Ten Sisters" here for a Trunk Show on April 14th at 6:00 pm.  

A Trunk Show is where a featured Artist comes to our shop and shows her finished quilts then shows her patterns/books along with any methods they use to piece the quilts.  Carmen Geddes uses the Easy Piecing Grid.  She will show us how this method is used in making many masterpieces!

The Trunk Show starts at 6:00 pm.  The fee is $10.00 per person to sign up then after the class you will have a $10.00 store credit to use.  Fees are nonrefundable and must be used that evening. 

You can sign up and pay online if that works better for you.  

If you haven't pre-registered, that is ok.  Come anyway, we can take care of it before the show.
