Christmas In July

June is busting out all over . . . or simply busted . . . it's gone!  Where does the time go?  We have been frantically sewing new samples for Christmas in July, and can't wait for you to see the MANY new projects we have to share.  New fabrics, new books, new patterns, NEW, NEW, NEW!

All of it is Christmas and gift giving fun, so please join us Thursday - Saturday July 12-14 for our annual Sale-a-bration.  We'll be open until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday with a special "Schoolhouse" event at 6:00 p.m.
Guests will rotate through five different stations and see new projects, new tools, new gift ideas, new fabrics.
We work very hard to prepare for this event and hope you will join us.  Refreshments will be served Thursday evening.  Can't wait to see you!

Saturday Sampler June 2012

Hi and welcome to an online viewing of our Saturday Sampler Blocks.

Here is the "Old Glory" block.  Don't cut off the points on your block like we did on the photo.  Our block has lovely and accurate points!

The pieced block is a "cheater" method for making the Lemoyne Star.  The tradtional block is created with "Y" seams, we used half square triangles and flying geese.  Here is the neutrals color way. . .

. . . and the blue color way.

The  "Let It Snow" block is this cute little juggler.  The face and arms line up with the bottom of the block and will be caught in the seam when the quilt is completed.

We missed those who didn't make it today.  Look forward to seeing you next month!
